Parklands can hold your booking provisionally for up to one week. After this, a non refundable deposit is due to confirm your booking otherwise the room will be made available again to hire.
Provisional numbers are requested at the time of booking. We then ask for final numbers 3 weeks prior to the event. The confirmed number agreed at this point will be the amount that you are charged for (unless the numbers increase)
In the event of a cancellation all deposits are non- refundable and nontransferable. Final payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the event failure to do so will result in loss of monies paid to date. Any additional amounts accrued during the event must be settled on the day unless otherwise arranged.
The club reserves the right to review its prices at any time until 28 days prior to the event.
You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the Hotel premises or equipment therein by the negligence, wilful act or default of any person invited by you or on your behalf to the Hotel. At certain types of events we may ask that door supervisors are present.
With Permission of the Managing Director or the Conference and Banqueting Manager we will allow certain types of advertising within the club on the proviso the management are given the opportunity to approve the proposed promotional material.
The club has the right to change rooms and areas up to 7 days prior to arrival.
We have a strict No Smoking policy throughout all areas of the hotel and Country Club.
All guests will be monitored at all times in each room by CCTV.
